This easy tasty salad dressing is a test recipe from the Wild About Greens cookbook by Nava Atlas.
Pour this delicious and decidedly rich sauce over steamed or wilted greens, or any salad of raw greens. It's particularly good as a dressing for Kale Cucumber Salad or any massaged kale salad.

Since the intensity and thickness of tahini varies so much, I recommend adding half the tahini to start, then taste and add more as needed. That also reduces the fat in the recipe.
Instead of water, I used almond milk to thin the mixture, which made it a paler green color.
