For a children's party, we like to frost our chocolate cupcakes with vanilla buttercream frosting, and cover them with sprinkles.
Cooking Tips: Substitute different flavored extracts for the vanilla, add lemon or orange zest and substitute citrus juice for 2 Tblsp of the almond milk, change the color with food coloring, or substitute vegan cream cheese for the butter and leave out the almond milk.
