My super discriminating son-in-law (I would never call him picky) pronounced Spicy Tempeh Tacos 'fantastic'. Even the grandchildren loved them - and they are definitely picky!

Recipe Tips:

The key to quick & easy spicy tempeh tacos is to have all the ingredients made ahead. All the components keep well in the fridge for several days. Then it's just a matter of pulling everything out of the fridge and assembling a tasty taco, or anything you like!

That instant factor makes these tacos a perfect hot weather meal, and also perfect for multiple meals for a small family or single person.

Officially, one taco is a serving, but of course a hungry adult or teenager can eat two or three servings.
