This very moist applesauce cake uses almost no fat, no refined sugar and no salt. It's a satisfying and delicious guilt free treat.
This is a variation on an applesauce cake recipe from the 'Pritikin 28 Day Diet Book.', shared by our friend Carolyn after we enthusiastically munched it at her house.
For a nice variation, add 1/2 cup raisins or chopped walnuts. This cake won't be as low in fat with walnuts, but walnuts are Good Fat!
